This is going to be my place where I record my weekly weightloss. I have slowly crept up to my heaviest weight for a long time and need to do something about it.
I'm in a bit of a vicious circle at the moment - I'm stressed so I eat, I eat so I'm stressed. I'm having a bit of a tough time with the babies - they are completely wrecking my house. This gets me down, as I'm quite house proud. I find myself eating quick things, mainly chocolate, to make myself feel better, but I just hate the way I look and I'm on self-destruct mode.
This morning I got weighed and recorded the results here.
I'm too embarrassed to tell you what I weigh, but would like to lose 33 lbs. I'm not putting a timescale on it either, because I don't want to set myself up to fail. I'm in no rush.
The plan I follow when dieting is Weight Watchers. I follow the old plan from about 10 years ago and will start off with 26 points a week. I will drop this down by 1 point for every 7lb I lose and see how I go.
