Well, I got here, but goodness knows how. It's been the toughest Weight Watchers start I have ever had. I've been starving hungry and nangy all week and don't know how I've managed to stick to the points I'm allowed. I'm not even beginning to feel better for my efforts, but I'm determined to stick with it.

Day one - I used the least points and seemed the least hungry on this day.
How many points did I use?
I only started on Monday, so had a total of 104 points. I've used all of them.
Highlight of the week
This was when my lovely friend, at work, bounded into my room with a 500ml bottle of water and said, 'you need to have drunk 2, preferably 3 of these by hometime.' I thought it was lovely that she'd remembered me over the weekend and brought me a 'pressie'. I have also stuck to what she said and I've massively upped my liquid intake.
Plans for next week.
To look through my old notes and stuff I've kept in the past. I need to build a bank of breakfasts, dinners and teas to get some variety to my week. I also want to experiment with having more on my plate, but the same points. I can't do another week of being starving.
